If you are looking for a unique winter job where you will spend your days in the wilderness surrounded by 140 of  man's best friend and a fun loving, adventure some group of people than you are on the right website!

While we are very fortunate to have many of our staff return year after year we usually have a position for 1 or 2 new people every year as some of our staff head in new directions.

Our selection process begins in September and hiring is complete by mid October.  Our season runs from December 15th- March 30th.  Dogsledding or animal experience a bonus, but not necessary.
