Dark
Middle of the season run and slightly darker in colour and stronger (more robust as the critics say) in taste. Over 60% of our farmer’s markets tasters choose dark as their favorourite

Very Dark
The last 1 or 2 runs of the season, this syrup is very dark and equally strong tasting. Don’t recommend you purchase this if you haven’t tasted our very dark. Ideal for cooking and as a sweetener in coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.
